If you want you ads to run on big torrent sites... then you need to contact them through their contact page or try out some established Ad providers like Exoclick.

did a bit of reasearch and got this list of companies who advertise on tor sites
1: exoclick (banner)
2: advert pro (banner)
3: mgid network (banner)
4: Propeller ads (for popups)

Just followed the reverse trial... Hope this helps
