How long have you been with your current provider? Some services offer a 30 day money back guarantee which might allow you to change providers. Are you having issues on the technical side or are you asking billing or service questions? Good providers who answer their support tickets do exist. I know it seems to be my endless mantra but spend some time doing research as to who has the best service over who has the best price.
