Type of graphic: Logo
Description: I want a logo something colorful and cheerful.. Like blue, orange, green, yellow.. I want a cartoon character on a 4 wheel scooter racing away.. Maybe hair blowing or something like that. If you have another idea that might work well with the concept. The product is mobility scooters but I don't want the "disability/hospital" feel.. I'm trying to sell independence for people who have physical limitations (old or young, difficulty in walking long distances/ surgery etc), to help them to be able to enjoy life regardless of their age/medical status. but it still needs to be professional.
Preferred dimensions:* width(1000 pixels) X height(1000 pixels)
Preferred colors: blue, orange, green, yellow or similar
Text: Scoot a Way
Format: JPG with 300 dpi, SVG, EPS and AI file

This is the idea i want to be a beautiful logo
Timeframe: Logo submission should be before 19 April 2014. Like 23:55 on 18 April 2014. Logo will be selected after this time.
Payment: Payment will be made through Paypal or Webmoney.
I am going to reward the Money to AT LEAST 1 applicant
I WANT DESIGNED LOGOS TO BE SUBMITTED HERE DIRECTLY.
I don't want any offer or something. The logo that will be selected will get paid
$20 to $40
