Its a word press skin right?
I have seen this skin in many places(Don't know where but looks same), try getting a tech skin from some wordpress themes site.

I've searched a lot of themes, din't find any suitable, will improve this for now... if you can even help me in the skin, that can be great..

the navigation thingy, its lyk this :
when you go to a post, page, category, it goes sumwhat this way:
