I think its about time i introduced myself...

I am David Ashcroft.

I joined Vuze Hosting at the time that it was called "MultiFake" (a previous name), we then went on and myself and Bobby founded Vuze Hosting. As you have already been told since this time we have grown dramatically as well as merged with NationWebHost and we are still getting bigger each day.

I thought now was a good time for me to join and introduce myself :)

^^ Just bought your hosting 2 days ago, first day the site was working gud(awesome speed) but now, i cant access the site from over 6-7 hours now..

Something is wrong with apache, servers online but http isn't. I am trying to resolve it now. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Added after 1 19 minutes:

Apache wont even start up. I've tried almost everything I can think of. I don't know what is wrong with so I have handed the problem over to the datacenter. I phoned them five minutes ago so they hopefully, shouldn't be long.

It was up two minutes ago and everything is up according to cPanel server status. However I have contacted the datacenter and it should be resolved. The less you complain the quicker it is resolved. I've already contacted the datacenter to resolve the apache issue - they are meant to be managing the server.
