Great host whether it be semi or full or non managed every time i need something or have a question hes there to answer it and help me, the speeds are great and cant wait for the port upgrade either :D

One thing I can say about Ryan is excellent customer service. VPS was setup ver y very fast and site was online without any problem.

Would suggest you guys to go for VPS9..

I believe I should post this, though I have yet to actually experience the quality first hand:

Friday night, I purchased a VPS server from VPS9, with 'instant setup'. I received an E-Mail after paying, stating that it was ready. The control panel was almost non-existent, so I contacted support. Their reply was that there is a delay, and it wouldn't be much longer. Here it is, Sunday evening, and they're still having difficulties.

I do not mind the waiting, but the instant setup is the reason I decided to go with the package I did. For it not to be instant, and instead, at least 2 days, I find it a negative reflection on the company.

This is a bad first impression.

Like localhost said these things happen should ignore it sometime...

Hello sir,

As we disclosed to you in the email, this is out of our control. We have ordered more IPs but they aren't delviered yet.

The IP we assigned to you isn't routed properly and thus your vps will not seem to be online.

We have also told you if you require a refund instead of the wait.

Out of your hands or not, I believe my experience is applicable to this thread.

@ localhost -- Yes, I've read the reviews, and few people I know recommended this company, but this is really putting a damper on it. This is day 3 without it. A dedicated server doesn't even take this long. I had plans to work on a project this weekend, but now I must abandon them because of this delay.

you would get you dollars back & you could search for an other INSTANT SETUP vps host. then you can work on ya project THIS weekend.

Your situation:
you DIDNT ask a refund, you're just waiting on the setup.
the setup is delayed because the IP are out of stock.
