Vps4less.co.uk are suffering issues due to an attack which removed the accounts and damaged the server...
Ive been brought in to help out with the fix of this, by bringing in a new server which is now having cpanel installed onto it, all backups have been downloaded to a secure server awaiting the cpanel install to finish.
Once this is finished i will personally be restoring them, once this is done the vps4less.co.uk nameservers will be updated with the new servers ip address, which will then point all domains to the new server.
This process will take sometime, and they are working very hard to get it back online, like i said above, ive been asked to come in and give them a hand as there is alot of work to be done... I didnt have to help but i feel as BlazingVPS.com clients were moved here its the least i can do to makesure your accounts get back online.
Why am i making this post?
Because Vps4Less.co.uk's account has been banned for other reasons which have nothing to do with the way they run there business.
When were backups taken?
The backups we are using are from the night before the hack happened.
How long until everything is back online?
I dont want to put an exact time on this as this could be seen as a false promise. Not long is all im going to say.
Who hacked them?
We have not found the source of the hack as of yet, we are more worried about getting everyone over to the new server and back online, then we can look at the old server and find out more information in regards to the hack.

Of course i understand that your not happy about the downtime, but i do ask that you dont use this thread as a way of bad mouthing or shouting at me or anyone, im here to help thats all! im not being paid to help, im using my own time to get this sorted.
