Hiring VPS SETUP

Looking for someone to setup a vps for me

i just need the following installing and configuring on a fedora vps

php
mysql

i need to be able to host 1 website with 1 mysql database,

it also needs the following installing

ffmpeg
flvtool

im new to setting up a vps so any help would be great ?

i only have 256 mb ram (burst) so i wanted something light weight and i thought nginx was ment to be the solution.

but a new vps with at least 512MB dedicated
