VPS on WRZhost Node3...Down?

WRZhost VPS

Anyone else on node3 with a VPS? or am I the only one suffering. :(

Cant even restart using VPS control panel.

No answer from support yet...

Node3 is having problems yes,I can confirm this.
There are 2 other vps on that node and they're also down.
I'm trying to sort out the problem.
I'm sorry for the downtime.

May I remind members that wjunction is not for wrzhost support.
What I would appreciate is maybe a topic here with a link to our forums,that's permitted.

As I explained earlier, I was only wondering if any one else here was on the same node and having issues. Will post links back to WRZhost in future :)

Thanks for the hard work you and the others are currently doing Tippie. Looking forward to getting back up and running.
 
Problem solved mate , I apologize for the downtime.
If you want I can extend your due date by 2 days to compensate for the downtime.

No problem my friend,we're here to help.
I'm sorry for the downtime and I hope we've compensated you enough.
You're one of our oldest clients and I want it to stay this way.
It was a kernel problem which was solved by me, I paid 2 management companies and they couldn't sort i out, I'm glad I looked at it again.
Anyway your server is up now and it will stay up,please report ANY problem.
