I need a VPS that allows Warez linking forum and is located in Germany.

VPS must have a minimum:

CPU: 2 Core
Dedicated RAM: 1536 MB
Storage: 50GB
Bandwidth: Unlimited
Port Speed: 100 Mbps
Root Access: Yes
Oper. Systems: CentOS 5.x
Datacenter: Germany

Can I pay $ 20 a month. If someone has an offer some answers in this post.

Unfortunately not support warez linking forum. I talked a couple of days with technical support and they told me they do not support warez linking.
