I want to install rutorrent there, so i need lot of bandwith (1tb).

USA is best, but others location can be acceptable.

Boxslots :p I've got a VPS with them. Speeds have been good so far. I haven't found a 1Gbit cheaper than this. The cheapest plan works out to 21 USD. Use the coupon at the top of the page for a recurring discount. Knownsrv has a 1GBit VPS for $19.95 but with lower bandwidth (500 GB).

Go with some NL vps , they are better than USA for speed.
