+1 for concerto - you would be better off paying for your own private VPS that you can manage. OpenVPN doesn't require much CPU at all and you can get a good amount of traffic through a good VPS provider.
I used it many times and if you check their forum you will see that their servers have been raided before and authorities found no info and case was close.This means they are honest from my point of view and truly value anonymity.
To further bulletproof your security , pay with Liberty reserve and buy a plan with shared ip.
Shared ip because many people will use same ip and it would be impossible to know who used what ip at any time
