conclusion
1. entry be removed from voting on following grounds
a) either spyrde and geekhosting are aliases of the same person on the two sites. of which if the case, the posting date on devianart indicates that the gfx is in violation of the rule that a siggy shouldn't be pre-made[ffuu].
b) geekhosting is taking credit from another persons work without giving due credit. i.e he is lazy to make his own siggy and took no attempt to add substantial modification to spyrde's work other than cropping[hmmm].
2. a rule be created to make the source image links be made mandatory plus the resulting work should portray extensive modification of the source.

please SjShah act now.
