I've already opened a support ticket. However, this one, along with many others, has gone unanswered.
Are support tickets for Free or Premium users even being answered anymore?

The issue is that there's a problem playing videos. I think I've figured out what's causing it, so a fix would be really helpful.
Premium users can view videos in 1080p. However, when switching from Premium to Free, these videos are unplayable because... I think... only Premium users are allowed 1080p.

Unfortunately, users who try to watch these videos get an error message: "No playable quality. The video does not have a suitable video quality."
This needs to be changed or resolved.

Voe is a huge disappointment!!

Sure, the player is smooth and versatile. But the monetization is catastrophic. I never get more than 15% of the views counted. ... No Custom Ads, DMCA takedowns galore... It doesn't deserve better than a 3rd or 4th place ranking.

We have no influence on the views we receive, we only show what we receive and do not hide any figures. Adblock rates range from 5% to 80%, depending on the country/website. We don't have custom ads yet, as the demand isn't that high, but you can book premium traffic and then integrate your own advertising on your own website. Some people here do that. As far as DMCA notices are concerned, we are legally obliged to do so. Otherwise, we will encounter legal issues.
