Why my views yesterday became 0. I'm not sure about that. Is your web server having problems? How do you retrieve the views that you haven't counted? Yesterday my views were 0, I think that's invalid

I'm a little disappointed.
So far, voe.sx has been very transparent and has implemented many of the changes users have requested. Also, there was recently information that the web server experienced downtime, but the issue has now been re-examined and confirmed that such downtime will not occur again.

Unfortunately, the power supply unit of one of the web servers was defective, which then led to a chain of further failures. :worried:We are investigating this to filter future failures even better. Normally, this should continue to function anyway...Some player updates to fix some things with the iPhone/iPad views counter still need to be put online. ⏳"

Based solely on the message that just appeared, you can neither access the web interface nor play the videos.
If you have one or more websites with voe.sx videos and they suddenly stop working for a while or even hours, you'll also lose visitors and revenue.

I hope you can provide an update here as well and also assure that such downtimes won't occur again. Until now, your service was superior to other video hosting websites. Unfortunately, these downtimes and problems also cause your status to decline.
 
They've also stopped responding to support tickets. It seems to me that the quality of their services is starting to deteriorate, and now even the website is down while the host remains silent.

Can you just create a ticket, then I can see which account it is.

We have to renew once for all premium traffic packages, we'll do that right away, but if you let us know your account via ticket, we'll reactivate it immediately.

Short update: The problem today and the non-counting views in the last 1-2 days was unfortunately related to the issue on Friday. A process for synchronizing files that was disrupted by the outage on Friday gradually caused hundreds of GB of log files on all web servers within a very short time, which then killed various processes one by one. This unfortunately broke several temporary caches. However, as the main page continued to run, this was not noticed immediately. :(
We are currently in the process of adapting the processes to prevent this and parts of it from happening again in the future. 🔃

There will be an update on the missing views. Once the current adjustments have been made, we will analyze the latest stats. Either the missing amount will be extrapolated based on the data from Friday or Saturday as it affects everyone equally, or one of the coming days is used as the basis for the calculation.

:moneybag:The affiliate losses incurred were re-billed for 2025-05-04 with a bonus (3000$+).
Any premium traffic booked should have been rebooked by the system. :relaxed:
