However, I suspect that the payout simply hasn't been confirmed yet, which is why you haven't received it. Bitcoin withdrawals are sent through our Exchanger as a bulk transaction, so you are just one of many addresses. Please check your address with public Bitcoin Explorer e.g. https://blockchair.com. Currently, there are again some bitcoin rate fluctuations, which leads to confirmations take a little longer. We have already reduced the confirmation period for future payments from 10 to 6 blocks, because that takes too long again. :)

May I ask you what's the name of the software you use for remote upload... Also, does encoding normally take longer than a day? because, sometimes my videos get encoded within minutes to a few hours and sometimes more than a day.

Yes, we also noticed, was fixed 1-2 days later or it was integrated a limit. The encoding prediction is currently not correct. (see below)

Depends, registration is disabled in some countries for legal/effort reasons.

Gladly, we use a heavily customized JDownloader version. No, this is not normal, we had a lot of uploads towards the end of last week, which made the queue full. Until now, the files were simply converted one by one ordered by upload date, but since this became too much, long queues have formed. If there are then still partner accounts are preferred, it takes even longer for regular accounts.

We have adjusted this a few days ago, currently each account has only 25 simultaneous encodings. This is almost always enough to have enough free slots. The encoding prediction is currently wrong (the counter), because the 25 limit is not yet calculated.

Yes, there are currently some tests/adjustments taking place. We had adjusted some encoding values over the weekend, removed a limit to speed up the encodings and to fix possible frame errors. However, the values were too low as you could notice. We have adjusted that in the meantime.

The encoding queue should also be processed within the next 24 hours.

Yes, one user had a few thousand integrated there, which is why the queue has been full. Since each account has relatively many slots free, there were unfortunately no free slots available. We have reduced the amount per user in the meantime to fix this.
