Since yesterday, when I look at it on a mobile phone, the page does not load via wifi, only when I switch to G4.

Site is not loaded probe firefox,chrome,edge.Timed out.Tested VPN not load.Not VPN not load.Other Problem?I Isp and provider okay netu and voe not loaded 12 hours.idea?

It seems like DDoS-Guard or the provider has locked out some networks or something. You can perform a trace (MTR or WinMTR) and send us the results as a private message. Then we can forward it to analyze it further.

Download WinMTR for free. WinMTR is a free MS Windows visual application that combines the functionality of the traceroute and ping in a single network diagnostic tool.

Thank you. DDoS-Guard did not block the IP addresses or ranges, the problem is with your local AS/ISP which either has problems or does not redirect the traffic to DDoS-Guard/us.

Currently AS8708 (82.76.0.0/14) RO and AS20845 (85.66.0.0/15) HU are affected.

A research request was made, but the AS did not respond. Customers can also contact the owners of this AS (your ISP) with the question why their requests do not reach the ddos-guard servers [Known are 186.2.163.208 (186.2.163.0/24, AS262254), 190.115.19.71 (190.115.19.0/24, AS262254)].
 
Hi guys, I have a complaint with VOE in my dashboard it says that I have been paid when in fact I have not received any payment via BTC. I still have the same BTC wallet number when I receive it, it automatically changes to another one. i have image proof

I ran into a similar issue on other platforms. But I had a virus that automatically changed the bitcoin address.

"when I receive it, it automatically changes to another one" if you caught a virus or similar from some downloads, it's unfortunately not our problem.

However, I suspect that the payout simply hasn't been confirmed yet, which is why you haven't received it. Bitcoin withdrawals are sent through our Exchanger as a bulk transaction, so you are just one of many addresses. Please check your address with public Bitcoin Explorer e.g. https://blockchair.com. Currently, there are again some bitcoin rate fluctuations, which leads to confirmations take a little longer. We have already reduced the confirmation period for future payments from 10 to 6 blocks, because that takes too long again. :)

(otherwise create a ticket in the account area, then we also have your details).

This virus was identified by Symantec specialists and named Trojan.Coinbitclip. This malware intercepts the contents of the clipboard, replacing several digits in the copied wallet addresses.
