I highly recommend VirtuBox.fr mainly because of their amazing prices and support. Support were always prompt and helpful, and went out of their way to help me setup a few options that I was having trouble configuring.. I am glad I made the right choice!

I buy VirtuBox.fr 1Gbps VPS PREMIUM for a month.
But I found it could only reach 200Mbps and could not reach the 1Gbps at all.
I was also asked to decrease my bandwidth usage, or my vps would be suspend (they suspend it actually).
After I decrease my bandwidth usage, but I found the vps began to down frequently from yesterday.
I request for help, they let be use wmware to reboot. But it did not work, I have tried many times.
So, I request refund because the vps is unstable and it is not my fault.
They say no way, even if I only request a partial refund.
I advise everyone which plan to order VirtuBox.fr vps do not do that,
and there must be some better choice than VirtuBox.fr.

It is not only the usage of the bandwidth.
I think you ignore the technical problem of your vps on purpose.
The vps is unstable and go down frequently.
I said I had tried many times to reboot it.
I think that is your fault.

There are pics of the vps status in wmware on 2013-4-3 or 3-31.
Why my vps powered off automatically one hour later after power on ?
I do nothing after power on, why my vps status always showed insufficient video RAM ?
There are no problems on your vps ？

As you showed above, my vps speed has been limited to below 250 Mbps, while your vps is 1Gps port.
In the order page above, my vps traffic is unlimited. Why I must share my bandwidth with others after limiting my speed?
So, you are cheating and misleading your customer.
I do not hope your refund, but I want to indicate to others that your service is unstable and unprofessional.
