John, i am a satisfied customer of Virtubox, and i have a XL and VPS S plan with them, i have had no downtime and bandwith issues, specially the XL vps is running some software 24/24, they never reboot the servers, you cant say that they lack in customer support and service. Just my 2cents! :)

Thanks, guys it was my fault, i didnt open a ticket and thats why they didnt reply to me, after opening a ticket they solved my problem in matter of an hour, the vps wasnt working because of one of my programs crashing. Thanks

For 5€ its not bad at all, the only thing is that they lack on customer support, to slow to reply to emails.
