VPS Virtual Private Seedbox (VPS for Seedbox/Seedbox with root)

Hi,

I'm looking for a VPS that I can use as a seedbox, or, in other words a seedbox with root access. I just want to install/maintain/run Torrent clients/other Filesharing related software (e.g. JDownloader) without waiting for the support all the time.

I've thought of those specs:
BW: unmetered
HDD: 500GB+
RAM: 1-2GB
CPU: - (I don't know)
OS: Linux (GUI preferred)
Speed up: 50-100 Mbps
Speed down: 1 Gbit
Price: about 15€/17$/11£

I don't know if this is realistic, if not please tell me.
