Due to recent change in PayPal verification process, VCC may not work anymore on USA PayPal. For other country it still work, but not sure for UK.

all countries now have paypal credit card verification. this will not work unless it has the ability to create statements.

Really? I have buyer from europe, india and even usa(lift limit) and they manage to verified their account and lift limit for USA PayPal(not sure it will work anymore on usa or not). And yes this VCC have statement, an online statement, and I have direct access to it.

Someone just got verified yesterday. So if everywhere has the confirmation required like you said, that mean the VCC will work everywhere.
