I just registered on Wjunction today to post since Eugene frequents this page.

I was trying to delete 1000s of files with no views and/or no downloads, but it was too tasking to uncheck all those files with views and/or downloads that I want to retain.

Eugene, please think about adding another column in the file manager with a "sortable" "total views and downloads" (the sum of all three of those columns - views, paid views, and downloads).

It will make it a lot easier especially for non-premium users like me to sort and delete files, you know, to free up space, remove non-converting files, and replace them with new ones.

Thanks.

Hello,

The download tab can be sorted, it's pretty easy to select only videos with no downloads. As for no views, i always publish the url to public immediately, so i don't have video with no views..

But i believe i can help ease your burden from manually sorting to simply do it in less than 5 minutes..

Follow this step by step:

  1. Go to your dashboard > File manager (Where you can find all of your videos sorted in table)
  2. Now change the amount of files listed in one page into 1,000 (Files Per Page)
  3. Sort it by download or 'DL' column, to separate the videos with/out download counts
  4. The very important thing we need to find, is the exact number of file which in this case, doesn't have engagement from visitor or download count, correct? (Yes, there's no need to count it line per line manually.. please don't add anymore stress into your eyes..)
  5. I use chrome, and i use this extension to help me find it: Xpath Helper
  6. Install and make sure the extension is active before you go into your dashboard, or just refresh after installation complete.
  7. Activate the extension in your dashboard's page, and copy this expression below:

    Code:
    //*[@id="xfiles"]/tbody/tr/td[7]/text()
  8. Paste it into the Query text area, and you should see the results, see pic below:[br]

    w9wp5WV.jpg
    [br]
  9. As you can see, from 1,000 videos in this page, i just need to find the margins, and that is the exact number of my videos which doesn't have download counts..
  10. Next step is more or less similar with step 2. Notice our dashboard's URL, it's got to be something like this

    Code:
    https://vidoza.net/?mass_search=&per_page=1000&fld_id=0&op=my_files&sort_field=file_downloads&sort_order=up
  11. All we have to do is replace the value for '&per_page=' parameter. Based on my results, i have exactly 56 videos without download counts, that's the value i need to use. The final URL will be:

    Code:
    https://vidoza.net/?mass_search=&per_page=56&fld_id=0&op=my_files&sort_field=file_downloads&sort_order=up
  12. Now all of the videos listed in page 1 is safe to delete, simply check the topmost check box to select all, and delete :D (Or try 5 as a value, just to check if it's indeed correct..)
And that is it, it might seems like a lot to read, but it's a temporary solution for those in need.. hopefully it helps..

@capzJaYu

Thanks. I was actually looking for an extension but from firefox. didn't realize there's one from chrome. I will try your approach. However, what I want to achieve is deleting videos that both have no views and no downloads. I want to retain videos with views or downloads or both. But I am going to take a look at this extension. Thank you.

@donate77

well, actually it's feasible via injecting javascript.. but i'm afraid the tutorial will be too long.. or maybe you can try imacros or any other macros available.. it's easier :)

until they add the queries for sorting by views, that's the only options available..

anyway, good luck!

@cupzJaYu

What I'm trying right now are chrome, html table auto sort extension, and multicheck checkbox checker extension. they get the job done but still quite a bit of work and i had to edit the url parameters to load all items instead of the usual 25,100,500,1000.

edit: I have also tried imacros on chrome, but it cannot detect the tables/checkboxes.

Hi eugene, Is there any limit number of uploading via torrent? Because since yesterday when I upload file via torrent it always stuck

The progress bar show 100% download but it still uploading, and sometimes it stuck at 90-97%

Thanks
