The problem was solved. But we have other problems. Please specify when you delete file for to know if was experied or it was deleted for abuse. And when I restore a file from those deleted , 10 minutes later it get's deleted again automaticly. What type of system is this ?

Hello,

The reason is that restored file have the same code (it means that date of upload and amount of views remains the same). And if this file does not get any view after restoring, the system will delete it again.
 
Dear partners,

We changed reward for Tier 5. It is caused by the fact that Ads Nets buy traffic form these counties for very low price and so we have losses on these countries.

The file had views , no abuse , but it was deleted. Tried to restored and if it will get any views , it can't , if the file is deleted by the system 10 minutes later. Not sure if it's fair to delete a file that at some point when you first uploaded made over 100 views and it's stopped making any views for a say a month and the system will find out that the file is not active and get's deleted.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

This shows me when i try to restore files

Is it files deleted for abuse reason or files without views?
