We are still working out what the problem is. You should understand that we count all downloads truly. But money for them is charged incorrectly (less than it's necessary). Therefore, while we count downloads and, notice, don't remove them from the statistics - you can see them. But the payment for them will be in the next week.

It is important that it doesn't concern views - we are trying to pay them every day. Therefore, I'd recommend to focus your efforts on viewings and earn money on them.

Therefore, while we count downloads and, notice, don't remove them from the statistics - you can see them. But the payment for them will be in the next week.

We specially divided the accounting of downloads and views. The total amount of rewards is summed up. Reward = Downloads + Views. Payments for downloads are similar to payments for views on the amount of money.
This week we don't add the rewards for downloads to the total reward. Why? At the beginning of this week we have noticed that the rewards for downloading is counted incorrect (less than necessary). Now we are working on this problem.

Yes, all videos are public now. But there's no cause for worry - we don't have the video search or the "popular" or the "featured" category. And it hardly ever will be. It means that there is no sense in such setting as "Public Video".
