How much % of the video should be watched to be counted as a view?
How many IPs per 24 hr?
How long are inactive videos kept for?
And how many pop-ups for maximum mode? (just to be sure, you use pop-ups and not ads that have to be watched for few seconds before viewer clicks "skip ad" right?)

I am not currently using your site. I plan to use it when Turkey is tier 3. I have about 400k audience on telegram. I am using another site and I'm getting 20k average views.
