Please fix the encoding of the video, or add options to disable the quality selection, instead of 1080p I have 800p, or 1040p even though other hosts normally encode to 1080p fix it! and it will be perfect https://embedv.net/v/PlBVEZ008ym5Dv9

Those are just labels. Nothing to do with video encoding but sure, we can fix it.
