Was the video with 1080p has other resolutions?. It might be the original video streaming on the web, our servers might need to re-encode it into lower size that is suitable for web streaming.since a few days ago, i noticed some of the server have cap streaming/download speed to 1 or 1.1 mb/s (which make videos continues buffering on 1080p) which make it really bad experience for watching (used to doesn't have speed cap whatsoever and speed varies between 3 to 6ish mb/s)
by continues refreshing the video sometimes i still get no cap server (despite it's the same video)
can you do anything on your ended or do i need to created ticket?
Replied, my bad, was busy on other tickets.
