They usually pays in hours. I'm also waiting a payment. Something is wrong... I'm moving to another host before things get worse.
Well videowood already emailed me "Sometimes takes a little more.. no worries."
Remaining pending payments will be sent today.
About thumbs we are still checking since it is random, some videos have them, some don't, we are figuring out why.
We may also change something in the server structure to handle more traffic and meanwhile will change how thumbs are stored in order to see if that's the problem. What's been causing the site to be down is because of http floods.
Edit: Alright, after hours of looking at logs, thumbs are fixed for new uploads, a security feature that was added weeks ago conflicted with thumbs-saving

Are you going to acknowledge this or just ignore it?
As you can see in the last screenshot this is actually on your domain. Which transitions to others domains. Therefore, blacklist the site from Google.
I posted this issue 10 days ago, which is more than enough time to respond and correct the issue.
