the only problem on this site is the lack of support..
you can't contact them on site since the contact is not working
on skype not answering.. so i wonder if this site is still functioning
one more thing the pending que that i uploaded is almost a day but still not done..

there is a problem with encodes which are almost 100% finished, and then they start again from 0%

Sorry there have been many videos uploaded we added more servers for convertion.
We will change the convertion method to hopefully add easily servers and will have less errors when converting.
About the re-enconding at 100%, will check but we suspect of what it is, thanks for reporting.
Hopefully the new convertion method will solve it better
We know that it takes too long
Edit: If you have videos stuck at re-encoding delete those and re-upload, the bug should be fixed for new converted videos. (One of the problems the new method will solve...)
