From what I could tell, it's not the same. Here are the reasons I'd say that:
- hosted on different subnets/providers
- videoveeb.com source code hot link to another site called 'hsupload.com'. What I would call a sister site... Both of these sites are hosted on kimisurf (ovh). The both run similar html structure todo with advertisements, etc (outside delivery platform). videobb.com choopa hosted
- videobb.com runs its own nameservers, videoveeb/hsupload does not.

Just an opinion generated from information derived from (dns/whois/content delivery platforms). Some what circumstantial at that, as one can use different information and or host providers for different entities.

LOL! Then what's the use of "paying" (sarcasm) such high amount when it's actually "not paying", huh? Is it for a show then? Or using dirty tricks?
