It seems like it can't be a global issue then. Working for some and not for others. I've tried, IE, Mozilla, clearing cache / cookies. Tried on my connection, tried proxy through my linux vps , same result. 403 forbidden. One ip is canadian, the other german.

So... still clueless in canada here
