Sent email to support no reply. Just wondering what is the average processing time for premium members? I uploaded videos and processing time I felt was unacceptable. I paid for 3 months yet it took over 6 hours to process 10 videos? Is that normal?

lapseo: It takes the time it takes to convert the videos to the suitable format. It is in the process of upgrading quality as well so everyone can enjoy better quality.

Your FTP password will work if you type it in. Copy & Paste and you get a "tab" or "space" in it.
