Sent email to support no reply. Just wondering what is the average processing time for premium members? I uploaded videos and processing time I felt was unacceptable. I paid for 3 months yet it took over 6 hours to process 10 videos? Is that normal?

I had contacted you with no reply in 36 hours, I then come here to find everyone was complaining about data loss and also no reply? Although it wasn't surprising that within the hour of my PayPal dispute you had deleted my server and all files before I had chance to back up my business...
Do your clients have more issues and downtime? No suprises there... I still cannot believe you deleted my FTP data in spite of my bad, yet honest review of your service. Strictly unprofessional. Why do you still ignore me? I have lost £100's/m in revenue...

Sahil, please check your skype ASAP... I am not happy with having to wait over 10 hours for a response from you when you told me you would resolve the issue immediately... Since the switch to your new domain I cannot access anything, including my control panel.

Is anyone experiencing a lot of downtime lately? Or just me? So far I am not overly impressed with uptime. There is always "someone" using too many resources..... or something that is now fixed and wont happen again....
