Video hosting that don't encode (low quality) of the videos.

I'm looking for a video hosting that don't re-encode the videos or at least let you turn off encode (like StreamSB does), so you can keep a original quality/size.

Lets say, files of 5gb or less are not encoded.

Well, the downgrade is really noticeable when I watch the video.

2gb in file size is not much. Compare to any existing other host. And then we can talk. And im not sure how you noticed such dowangrade by eye since their 1080p encoding is crf 18 based which is visually losless.
