They offer a Free plan for up to 200 people i believe (and a paid one with extra features and or more attendees). Been around for a long and looks good.
If any one in your group has a premium Skype account then you can use it for video conference. You can easily add up-to 50 people to the group. (Skype recommends 50) If you are looking for a premium solution then you can use the options recommended by other members above.
There are many solutions out there and it really depends on what features that you need. If you are looking for free options I would go with anymeeting. Personally I have used the following below and each provide their own benefits and disadvantages. Just make sure you take a look at the feature list and price charts.
