There are still serious issues with uploads. When uploading via the API, no JSON response is returned. With manual uploads, files take an extremely long time to appear. Even though upload attempts consistently reach 100%, they appear as if they haven’t been completed. In reality, they show up on the site much later, which has started to cause a significant backlog of files. Additionally, subsequent videos are being processed extremely slowly, and I believe this issue has caused your servers to become heavily overloaded.

Encoding/upload servers do not overload our core server, data center said they were setting up another server today, but they haven't given us yet, we need a little more time 4-7 days.

the healthy encoding servers activated, the unhealthy deactivated, i hope you see better upload speed now

I’ve experienced this as well. I asked for an explanation as to why my account was banned, but support has not responded. My account was new, and I was a Streamup user. I never had any issues with other hosting platforms
