View counts are reduced and upload is not working properly queing long time

the only issue we have is load balancing server, there is chance that this idiot dc using port level limitation on the server, because same server price was increased this month by 4x,

but there is another provider we talked with has same equipment to our needs, they are preparing us the server with fair bandwidth usage

We don't have shaving mode, you can say dc turned bandwidth filter mode on, because peak time we used to reach 30-40gbps, yesterday we were at 7-8gbps, only small sized videos was able to play smoothly

We're moving, here the things those servers are big and take 3-4 weeks to arrive, while encoding one take 7 days unless it's GPU, it take 2 weeks. it's not like VPS and they give you right away. I feel dumb explaining to you, but my job is to assist user
