vbulletiners.org hosting?

You may noticed that there are old forums like vbulletiners.org who allows nulled scripts or simillar hosted in signatures.

I see they are using hostpardaz.net nameservers.

Does it mean this hosting company is safe for such files hosting? Where are they located, what is their policy? :ff:

BTW, I love vbulletiners. i gave him the offer to move his site from our server but he didn't response!:sad:
And you should check their Terms before you invest your money!
But it's really hard to read their terms because that site is made in Arabic!
So, i can't read there policy!
