Might be because some fagot will rip the theme and spread all over. Warezextreme for instance. One reason I don't use a custom skin on WP.

I agree with Mr-R-T.

You could ask Elio to create a unique vBulletin skin for you (He only creates the PSD's so you'll need to find a coder, unless he knows someone). That1Design is great too.

no not really. You can sorta add stuff to prevent it but it's still possible. All it does it makes it difficult. If someone wants to rip it they will.

Personally I think FreshWap is a big enough site to have it's own custom skin too instead of just buying a premium one.
