vbseo uninstall need help

first how to uninstall vbseo ?
its consume high cpu process
and if i remove vbseo then ?? i will lost my seo url ? is there not any way to redirect old url into normal vb url ?

i am using vbseo 3.5.2 in vb 4.0.8 forum

To uninstall vbseo just go to Admincp>Products>Uninstall the vBSEO> Then you will see an announcment asking you if you want to Save or Clear the tables of SEO in database.
And then go to FTP and delete .htaccess.

what about mod rewrite ?? how to redirect old vbseo url into normal vb url
