variable locations

Hi guys,

Can anyone please tell me where to find the variables that vb uses?

I want to be able to use the variable names in the header template eg:- <div class="navitem"><a href="forumdisplay.php?f=21"><span id="ebooksicon" class="navicon"></span>Ebooks</a> ($ebookz)</div>

I know that the variable for the total posts in Ebooks is $ebookz, but i do not know where to find the variable for the others such as software, games etc.

Your help would be much appreciated.
