HDD : 750GB per user
PORT : 1Gbps Dedicated Line
B/W : 3TB in+out per month per user
DC : Frankfurt, Germany.

Option 2 (high priority in NET SPEED & BANDWIDTH)
SERVER : 16 Cores + 24GB DDR3 RAM
HDD : 250GB per user
PORT : 2Gbps Dedicated Line
B/W : Unmetered download but 100TB upload overrall
DC : WDC, US.

Option 3 (middle-ish)
SERVER : 16 Cores + 12GB DDR3 RAM
HDD : 250GB per user
PORT : 1Gbps Dedicated Line
B/W : Unmetered download but 100TB upload overrall
DC : WDC, US.
