Its bonus earnings for users who lost data.You can choose up to 30% + be on PPD and PPS.Were changing file manager and stats area to reflect this and implement what users also wanted.It is still being worked on and coding not done as yet, were testing now.

Could you please clarify how to use this feature and how it work exactly? I've 5 radio buttons (5,10,15,30 and PPD+PPS) that are all selectable but, maybe my fault, I did not realize how it works...

i think soon everything will be okay @ usershare
they working hard on a stronger version after some technical problems
like they told us other top filehosters had the same problems
like as example the top beloved filesonic and fileserve.
usershare is another beloved filehoster and will continue to stay a beloved one
i can't wait for the soon to be activated stronger version of usershare.

I think many are willing to give UserShare some time to sort things out but UserShare has to PAY what is owed to the user first.

Whoa, with the amount that big, pretty sure you won't be seeing payment any time soon. Like my previous post indicated, I have been request payment since March 28th, 2011 and so far have not seen a single cent even though the status shown is paid (same case as you). So far they still haven't pay the $81.25 that is owed. And I'm not one of those people who always said, hey, payment is pending, please pay NOW and rush them. No no, I have patiently waited for 11 day for each request before saying anything to give them the chance to process. Still, nothing. And I've also politely contact them just to inquire if it's a system glitch or something. Still, no response. 3 weeks later with absolutely no payment (but shown as paid) and no response then I finally took it to this forum yesterday to ask them what's going on... Yeah, they're not a scam alright but the stalling tactic, the no-response are starting to look like we're being cheated, even though I still refuse to believe they will do that to members. :'(

So mahjong, mine is only $81.25, yours is big amount, lets us both pray and hope they actually pay us.

P/S: I don't even care about the so-called 30% compensation to members, that they are implementing because of data loss which led to the removal of ALL of my over 200 files. No, I'll give them that. What lost is lost. Now, all I hope for is the payment being owed that I have been waiting for over 3 weeks, almost a month now.

I agree with you. I think Usershare should care about your payment system:|.
Many people had trouble : Status Paid but No money.:'(
 
So the compensation is 30% bonus,how to activate it?
That will be the compensation measures + rates increase .We are just testing those features right now .When comprehensive testing is complete we will launch all features then come up with a method so only users who lost data can choose .

Usershare, so you do read this thread... It would nice if you respond to any one of us who don't received payment while status is shown paid. Seems like you ignore/avoid all these payment issue posts and only respond to issues that are not payment-related. :( We are not accusing you of anything, we just want to know what is going on about this matter.

I have contacted you multiple times via your contact form, email etc. Still never get a response. I had emailed support@usershare.net and given my username and I never use a gmail account either.

Now, I just emailedsupport@usershare.net one more time and gave my username with the description of the payment issue. I do hope this time I actually get the payment and/or a response rather than absolutely silence. :(

Usershare, so I had emailed you to support@usershare.net like you suggested but I got a Failure of Delivery notice. Here is what I got back:

Seem like you blocked my email address (again, NOT a gmail account) and said it as a Spam even though my email is clearly not a spam. And I have emailed you before using the same email account, those emails went thru and I had gotten replies (about things non-payment related) before this happened. Seem like you purposely block my email address after the payment issue is raised.

So without responding me for payment issue for more than 3 weeks, now I emailed as you suggested, in turns I got blocked just so you don't have to deal with any of us who don't get payment while status shown paid.

Members, any ideas? I really need help. Any help would be appreciated. Or should I just forget about the payment that is owed to me because they clearly wanted to cheat us either way? Like I said before, we are not accusing you of anything because I want to believe you wouldn't done this to members. But your actions seem to suggest otherwise. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt to at least respond to my inquire. Those were not angry emails either. Those were polite emails asking you to check the issue. I just want you to at least address the matter but not only you don't respond, you block my emails now. :(
