Is hotlinking count same way as free user download, 1 file per unique IP?
What if premium user downloads hotlinked file?

You have premium users, and free users, also you have hotlinked files. If they are all counted same way, then write it that way.
I said idiot-proof, so no one have doubts about answers.

Its not on our end guys.....if it was upload speed, then we could fix, but remote uploading is pulling files from other's server, it all depends on the speed they allow.

You've never heard me say anything remotely close to shuffling about features or how it works, or heard anybody complaining about shaving off points or we going back on our word etc....so don't judge us and expect to be cheated (because no matter what you say thats exactly what your doing),not a smart way to enter a relationship of any kind...Nevertheless having things "clear" is always prudent , so we will work on our explanations as well.
