Hi, my mp4 files after remote upload are files for download and no option to watch online. The link has the ending "vi" and there is no option to play online, only download. Can you see the cause of this?
 
yea i'm really sorry maybe you can try but we are upgrading and rebuilding the system ftp api and server adding custom domain option and more changing mysql server that's will take week but you still can upload please try and back to me if upload work

Hello, I just want to check if the host is doing OK? :) Cause we never heard about scheduled maintenance, hasn't answered to my questions and my payout is pending for 6 days.
Of course I understand if payments are delayed or coming a little later than usual, it's just I want to make sure host is doing OK and still here, not planning to disappear.

Any news at all on when FTP will finally be fixed? (or if it will be fixed.....)

Cause files still get stuck or don't upload/don't get through..... it's been happening for months but still hasn't been fixed....

And it seems you haven't been online for quite a while.... :(
 
Update: My issue got resolved, apparently my payment address mistakenly got marked as invalid (maybe exchanger didn't support that certain wallet) but host answered me in PM and resolved my issue. They apparently contacted me on e-mail but I didn't receive any, maybe it got marked as a spam.
So no worries and sorry for the fuss, I did not want to make accusations or accuse host of disappearing, I was just a little paranoid. But host is active and paying.
