Something wrong with /embed/ . Using /e/ instead of /embed/ the video is loading fine. There some old vids that is working using /embed/ and others that are not. It's a bug somewhere from the update of the browsers.

The solution that I found and is working, you need to replace
.mp4" scrolling with " scrolling. The embed should be without .mp4. It's bug somewhere, from the new updates of browsers or the adcode. Now you can see if you want to export embed they will be without .mp4 extension as they normal should be from the beginning. Until he will found a permanent solution, you can use that.
 
Any idea why the upload always stops on 476.84MB?
I've tried with a few files and always stops at the same uploaded size. Never seen such error.
