As a project and idea which came into existence a while back, I purchased the domain www.usawarez.org approximately a week ago. Since then, I've worked alongside many of my friends in the scene to develop the site with UltimA.

Ive read about the whole usawarez.com/.net issue with Ozodin, but this is a different site and unrelated to the .com.

Main benefits over the other choice(s):
  • Full exclusive forum graphics, direct from the designer of the old USAWarez.
  • Endorsement by those such as UltimA (WarezScene), and NeXuS (old USAWarez.net Admin).
  • Endorsement from a good amount of old USAWarez.net members.
  • Experience in the forum scene, and all admins knowing how USAWarez was run.
With all the support above, we're guaranteed to succeed, and won't stop until we're the top. Expect the old friendly USAWarez, but on a new domain, with new prospects!

So to begin, we're looking for prospective Administrators, Moderators, and Uploaders.

Did you mention that Ultima was helping you enough times?

Anyway, this seems interesting. I'd like to see how this unfolds.
 
Hmm, you know your guest banner still says usawarez.NET? (which redirects to file4ever)

Also, why hasn't UltimA signed up to the site if he endorses it so much?

Anyways, good luck with the site, I am helping out the .com one right now :P
 
No Ultima is at my house and has helped me work on the project, As well his forum name is Distance.

And Ultima is the one who had helped me write the post, He kept telling me to make sure his name was included, Yes It was more than once on a accident. Due to us both being stoned.
 
I endorse the site and actively help out.

Justin and I aren't the same people but as you know, I'm in the USA for two weeks as opposed to Europe normally -- hence the American IP.
 
Two USAWarez sites? Huh! Anyway's I'd love to help out, just PM the places available :). But I'd like the super moderator position if it is still available, admin role is a bit too much for me! xD

P.S He only mentioned UltimA twice, give him a break. + You know and I know that everyone loves UltimA :P (NOT in a gay way thanks). Owh and one more thing 2 USAWarez site's = Only 1 will be accepted to katz right? I hope this doesn't cause problems.

You forgot to make an introduction :(
 
I think that's a bit stupid that someone had bought USAWarez.com + database for $1600, only received the domain, and now you guys pop up with USAWarez.org with the same skin as USAWarez.com... That is basically just confusing the situation rather than solving it.

As you can see, the site has had turbulent times during the past couple of years, originally going down in October 2007. The site was restarted in February 2008 after a merge of two sites and the old owner returning. That also later died in Mid-2008 after the server was taken offline due to non-payment. The old domains have been sold off in auction and due to the old owner, issues have arisen for them.

However here today a new revolution begins, on a new domain, with new staff.

To be honest. This is bad for both sites.

Having 2 USAWarez just isn't helping anyone. The person who obviously paid a lot of $$$ should be entitled to this, out of respect and common decency.
 
How is it full of lulz? First things first I find nothing funny but okay...

second of all it has nothing to do with .com, The .org was bought two months prior to the sale of .com.

To be honest I was on friendly terms with Ultima throughout the whole Artifax deal bouncing ideas and giving him information how it was going. You are right, I don't understand it either. Warezscene is massive, if he wanted to spin off a forum he could do it. But he chooses to under the exact same site/brand as me a few days later? Like I haven't taken enough shit already. Anyway I'm not going to hang around in his threads and provide drama so they get a bump. Shocked, and saddened all I'll say. We will have our own community going on .com from our own sites so we aren't going anywhere. You endorsing it doesn't make the site look good Ultima, it makes you look bad. But such is life. Interesting to learn how you got the images though. Designer assumed you were working with us. Didn't realize you were in fact copying our whole site otherwise he would not of given them to you. Anyway.
 
Umm, okay, ill explain this to you.

This isnt UltimA scamming anyone. Welcome to the warez world.

This site belongs to Justin. JUSTIN. And Justin was never part of this site, and didnt know about the sale or scam or whatever.

He just decided to re-open a great site which died a year back. Now i think he has just as much right to do anything as oz does.
