Shared USA Host, no warez hosts please

Hi,
I started 2 legal sites, and yet again, host from WJ proved to be unworthy... they are closing... well at least they didn't just wanish with all the data, I should be at least happy because of that.

But back on topic, so I need USA host for 2 legal sites running on WP
(I don't want NL and warez releated hosts because I really don't need ddosed servers)

I don't need much space or BW, since sites are new.

Requirements:
2 parked domains
Alertpay payment
More than 32mb of RAM

if they have VPS packages, that would be great for later upgrade.

If you want VPS then go for Burst.net or just visit WHT for good US VPS deals.
