US paypal account..

I'm in need of an US paypal account (or an actual american who wants to do this) for some things: starbucks card reload, Fandango tickets,...
Unfortunately this is all only possible with US Paypal accounts.
Therefore I'm looking for a trustworthy( rep, postcount,..) who wants to do this for me, for example:
I give my starbucks credentials so this person can reload my card via paypal. I can transfer the money right back to this person's paypal.

Anyone who wants to help me with this? Preferrably a real American with a real verified paypal account..:sun:
