.US Domain for Wares

Can i use .US Domain for Wares
I mean do they get seized faster then lets say .com or .org

.com, .net, .cc, .us registries are all US-Based and as such, are the easiest for the US Government to seize.

I don't agree with above replies. There are many Private Trackers who are using .us domains. and Private trackers are more sensitive than warez sites.

Rohit, yes there are sites that use the domains, but since a warez site is more or less public and listed in major search engines, it will most likely get more attention.

Private sites can take longer to infiltrate and solid proof is needed especially since information isn't publicly available.
